1. The tracks at Barra of Guaratiba are of moderated difficulty and the first beach (Perigoso Beach) is reached with 45 minutes of walk.
2. It is recommended a group of at least three persons and, in spite of not presenting difficulty, it is necessary to employ an experienced guide.
3. Come with comfortable clothes that cover the shoulders, tennis and a lot of solar protector. The tracks are slippery in rainy days.
